Looking to Volunteer in the Youth Ministry?

I'm glad you're interested in working with the Youth Ministry of Christ Community Church! Did you know that statistics show that every adolescent needs five godly adults to help them into adulthood? It's my hope that the volunteers within our youth group are among the "top five" of every student.

Our church is always looking for adult leaders to serve on our team in the youth ministry. We believe that solid ministry is built on relationships between godly adult leaders and students. Relationships are the key to students feeling loved and understanding God's love in practical ways. This is when real spiritual growth takes place in a student's life.

The quality of our adult leadership team is very important. We are looking for men and women who have a commitment to Christ and a desire to care for students. I encourage you to observe our weekend Student Worship Experience (DRIVEN) before making your decision to serve in the youth ministry. If you intend to serve as a small group leader, we ask that you consider observing one of our Student Small Groups on Wednesday nights. Next, with the aid of prayer and consideration, we ask that you fill out the Adult Leadership Team Application for Youth Ministry. Because we place great value on the youth, we place great value on this ministry and the adult leadership team. The CCC Youth Ministry is a great way to invest your time and serve the Lord!
