What is the strategy of Christ Community Church?

Our strategy is made up of two parts: Our Process and Our Programs. The process we use gives us a "big picture" of our church. The baseball diamond as pictured below (and seen in our church's logo) is a way in which we can attempt to measure growth and maturity. Members can see where they fit into our programs, what's ahead of them, and what they can do to help others along the process. We want this process to encourage growth by challenging people to take the next step of spiritual growth.

When most people think of our church they think of our Weekend Worship Services. But as you have seen, our Weekend Worship Services are only the beginning. Each of our programs corresponds with a step within our process. Our programs only exist to support our purpose.
